Day 3: 4/17/20

How are y'all?

Hello everyone! :DDD How is everyone doing? I hope everyone is doing spectacular today as always... it is day 3 of my blog adventure. Ummm, I know that a lot of people aren't reading my words but that is not stopping me from writing what I want. Not a lot happened today as always haha, I know that one day, I will run out of things to write about but I'll try my best to offer quality content!

So, yesterday, I applied to my school's Gay-Straight Alliance for the leader position! I was co-leader for like, three-quarters of my sophomore year because I took an interview! It's like a pre-leader position where you train to be a leader. But, because all the schools are closed down, the GSA (the abbreviation of the club) decided to do things a little differently. They decided to make everyone who wants to be a leader for the 2020-2021 school year type up a little three- to five-paragraph essay saying why they wanted to be a leader. I personally thought my essay was nice! For my first paragraph, I talked about how my first male crush in seventh grade and from there, I just said what I could bring to the club, my goals, and why I would be a good leader.

Apparently, my essay was good enough that they decided to give me a call later! I wasn't available today but I'm going to call them tomorrow and I'm really excited! I hope I do get the position because I really love the club and everyone in it. But I know there's a lot of people wanting to get leader and I'm not sure if they actually decided to call everyone so I really don't know how special I am haha.

I also applied to be the secretary for my school's HOSA chapter! Wow, I'm applying to a lot of clubs but I'm more confident in GSA than this... I don't know, I haven't succeeded as much as other people have in HOSA. Sooooo I'm not confident but it would be a treat to become the secretary! I really love medicine and health so I hope I can become a HOSA officer :D

Compared to other days, I actually didn't really study today but I played a lot of games! I played Animal Crossing, as always, and Minecraft with my friends. I really do miss all my friends since it's been WEEKS since I've seen them. Honestly, without school, life has been so boring and I miss talking and vibing with my friends and all my teachers! I hope this whole situation dies down soon <3
